10-Week 1-on-1 Coaching & Mentorship Program

$500.00

For players entering the recruiting conversation and ready to take the next step.

This 10-week program builds on the foundation laid in the 6-week program and transitions into strategy and preparation for college recruitment. It’s designed for players who have the work ethic—but need the right plan, profile, and support to navigate the recruiting process. From crafting a complete recruiting profile (film, stats, academics, and personal values) to learning what college coaches actually look for, this mentorship helps you prepare smarter—not just harder.

You’ll also develop a communication plan for reaching out to schools and learn how to evaluate program fit. With a second parent check-in included, this program ensures the whole family is moving in the right direction together.

Talent gets you noticed. Structure gets your ready. Strategy gets you opportunities.

Program Highlights

Weeks 1-6: Foundation Phase

Weeks 7-10: Expansion Phase

  • Recruiting Profile Blueprint: Start crafting a compelling player profile—stats, film highlights, academic info, and personal values—that will eventually be used to reach out to college programs.

  • College Coach Insights + Parent Check-in #2: Understand what coaches look for beyond talent—work ethic, coach-ability, consistency, and leadership. Confirm that the recruit and parents are on the same page with realistic goals and current evaluation. Reassess your initial goals and habits, making adjustments to increase effectiveness.

  • Outreach Strategy & Communication Planning: Begin shaping a communication strategy that includes how to reach out to coaches and programs when the time is right (with sample templates and timelines).

  • Identity & Confidence Building + Future Planning: Develop the confidence to speak about who you are as a player and person—both in writing and in conversation. Finalize materials, review growth, and decide if you’re ready for the next level.

By the end of the 10 weeks, you’ll not only be operating with the habits and structure of a high-level student-athlete—you’ll also have a roadmap and the tools to start positioning yourself for recruiting success.
